Analyst (Energy Sector) - Internship

ROLE OVERVIEW Xcruit Energy is a workforce intelligence, recruitment, and events platform dedicated to the global energy sector. We are looking for a Content & Campaigns Coordinator to support the launch and growth of our content, events, and recruitment campaign communication engine. This role will manage website content, energy hiring updates, campaign announcements, event pages, LinkedIn/Instagram content, and candidate/employer communication support.  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ON THE TEAM: Content & Intelligence Publish articles and updates through the company’s CMS engine. Scout the market and monitor public energy sector news, projects, hiring activity, and market developments Turn industry updates into short workforce-focused insights Maintain a weekly content calendar Draft website articles, LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousel copy, and campaign updates Events & Career Fairs Create and update event/career fair pages Coordinate event content with recruitment teams Prepare candidate-facing event descriptions and registration copy Support post-event summaries and campaign reporting Recruitment Campaign Communications Work with marketing teams to design and draft email newsletters. Draft candidate emails, WhatsApp copy, and campaign announcements Coordinate with recruiters to understand live roles and hiring needs Ensure campaign content is clear, accurate, and aligned with employer requirements Social Media Repurpose website content into LinkedIn and Instagram formats Prepare short visual content briefs for designers, and work with designers through iteration to ensure consistent style and post over Support carousel-style posts, hiring briefs, and event promotion WHAT WE LOOK FOR:  Strong English writing skills Interest in energy, oil & gas, offshore, LNG, renewables, or industrial sectors Ability to summarize industry information clearly Experience in content, marketing, recruitment marketing, or communications Familiarity with LinkedIn content and social media publishing Ability to work with recruiters and technical teams  Preferred (not mandatory) Experience in recruitment marketing Experience using CMS platforms Experience writing for B2B audiences Familiarity with energy sector terminology Basic Canva/Figma or content design coordination experience   KPIs & HOW YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED Consistent publishing cadence Accurate and timely campaign pages Strong candidate communication support Growth in LinkedIn/Instagram engagement Improved traffic to jobs/events from content Smooth coordination between editorial, recruitment, and platform teams   TO APPLY: Closing Date: September 10th, 2026 11:59 PM ET Interested applicants should email their Current RESUME + a short Covering Letter here, or email directly to jfrancis@xcruitenergy.com by Sep 10th 2026, 11:59PM Eastern Time.   YOUR APPLICATION SHOULD CONTAIN:  Current Resume/CV Covering Letter (A max 1 pager responding to the requirements of the job, and highlighting how your experience meets or closely relates to the requirements/ tasks (cover letter should  not exceed 200-350 words).
