Xcruit Energy is a workforce intelligence, recruitment, and events platform dedicated to the global energy sector.
We are looking for a Content & Campaigns Coordinator to support the launch and growth of our content, events, and recruitment campaign communication engine. This role will manage website content, energy hiring updates, campaign announcements, event pages, LinkedIn/Instagram content, and candidate/employer communication support.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING ON THE TEAM:
Content & Intelligence
- Publish articles and updates through the company’s CMS engine.
- Scout the market and monitor public energy sector news, projects, hiring activity, and market developments
- Turn industry updates into short workforce-focused insights
- Maintain a weekly content calendar
- Draft website articles, LinkedIn posts, Instagram carousel copy, and campaign updates
